- A little two bedrooms apartment in the same building, completely renovated last week (with wi-fi, air conditioning etc.), for 80 euro daily for one person (95 for a couple, 115 for 3 people), 400 weekly (490 for a couple, 580 for 3 people).
- A 40 square metre apartment (with two little bedrooms), for 85 euro daily for one person (95 for a couple, 120 for 3 people), 390 weekly (500 for a couple or 590 for more people).
- A room in a 55 square metre flat (of two bedrooms) in the most beautiful square of Trastevere (exact address: Piazza Trilussa) or the most beautiful square of Rome (exact address is: Campo dei Fiori), for 50 for one person or 75 for two. The whole flat for 110 euro daily, 590 weekly.
- A wonderful 70 square metre flat, recently renewed and furnished, for 110 euro daily (140 for two people, 170 for more).

Prices are all inclusive, also wi-fi, final cleaning service, use of bicycles. These two locations are the best you can find in Rome: 100 metres from Piazza Navona (Campo dei Fiori) or the heart of Trastevere. Check the distance of the flats from the main monuments: 700 metres from the Trevi Fountain, 800 metres from Spanish Steps, 300 meters from the Pantheon, 500 metres from Vatican City, 900 metres to see the Coliseum... paying less than a hotel outside the town!
