This very unique apartment has just been restored.
It is situated in a tiny little street, very quiet, that links Via del Panico and the very trendy Via del Governo Vecchio, very famous for being the street for the pilgrims between the Vatican and Piazza Navona. There, you will be just a few steps from Piazza Navona, Saint Peter and Campo dei Fiori. There is a supermarket just round the corner as well as restaurants, a cute bar, and all. I will recommend you one or two addresses as well.

As far as the flat is concerned, it's on two floors. The entrance is directly from the street and the ground floor is composed of one large square single room, with an open style kitchen with fridge, oven, sink, dishes, glasses.... There is a nice glass table for six, a double coach bed and a large TV set , all being brand new. The stairs lead to the night area.. All the flat has a system of air conditioning and independent heating. There, there are two bedrooms. The first one is with a charming baldaquin double bed, a wardrobe and a tiny bathroom with a shower. The second room is composed of two single beds and a big wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower as well for this room.
All the flat is furnished with taste, quite modern and we kept all the ancient style of the place (the building is from the XVth century) with a vaulted ceiling in brick works.
The flat sleeps 2+1+1+2 people. € 115 up to 2 people, € 130 up to 4 people.
NO EXTRAS. Utilities included. Towels and bed sheets are provided. Breakfast not included. You are directly dealing with the owner. No agency fee, no final cleaning fee.
The minimum stay is 3 nights. Reservations are valid after you have sent 30% of the final price via PAYPAL and that we have received the copy of the receipt of payment via email.
